Open Arms Gig – First Band at “The Grand” in Clitheroe!

A rather last minute event I seem to remember…

There was a charity event on to raise funds for Open Arms International – and they had no band – so we got the call! We were the first ever band to ever play at the newly opened “Grand” in Clitheroe, and even had “Coldplay’s” sound engineer on the desk. The whole gig was done without monitors as the engineer either forgot to turn them on or was told it was too noisy! Strangely the set list had “Carless Whisper” and “Valerie” on it – thank goodness they never came back!

Highlight: Best lights we’ve ever had!
