I came across an opportunity the other day to buy a Gigrig Pro 14.

This is a stupidly expensive little box that you plug all your pedals (up to 10 of them) into, then program each of the 14 stomp switches with any combination of the pedals.  This means that with one stomp you can turn on say 3 pedals.  Your signal ONLY goes through those pedals, so your tone remains clearer.

At the moment I’m mourning the loss of two pedals from my board that had to go in order to give way to the Gigrig Pro 14 Footboard – the volume pedal might have to come out with me as an “add on.”

The board gets it’s first outing tomorrow….  ….GULP.
