I Say:

Originally made just for the USA Market.  The Classic ’57 and Super ’57 pickups were boasted by Gibson to give the most authentic PAF tone.

Coil taps on the volume pots (push/push pots) give effective single coil sounds, the third push/push pot brings in a 15db boost.

The plek setup makes the action low and accurate.

The Guitar is pretty unmarked – some tiny dents – but nothing significant.  The lacquer to the rear of the body is a satin finish – and this has become worn to a shine in some places, but is otherwise unmarked.

Neck and rosewood fingerboard are unmarked.

All electronics are fully functional and crackle free.  Comes with original Gibson Hard Case and paperwork in the neck pocket.
