I say:

Considering that this is 28 years old, it’s in superb condition.

The headstock is free of any knocks or bangs, the rear of the neck, ebony fingerboard and frets only show the most minor signs of wear.

The three piece maple cap has a glorious Vintage Sunburst finish with no marks in the lacquer, and the maple has some very pleasant markings that give it that wonderful 3D sheen.

The rear of the guitar has very few marks, and certainly none of significance.  there is one unusual mark in the cutaway – an almost perfect circular scratch – I’ve no idea how you’d do this, but it’s there – see the pictures.

The cream outer binding is showing some signs of ageing and has a few partial cracks.

The Bill Lawrence “Original” pickups are just fantastic – I’ve had a few of these over the years, and it’s always a pleasant surprise when I find a guitar with these..  All electronics are fully functional and crackle free.

The gold hardware does show typical wear where the palm rests on the tailpiece, and the pickup covers.
