I say:

This is a fantastic vintage 1981 Martin HD-28 solid Sitka spruce top aged to a lovely honey colour with herringbone inlays, beautiful solid rosewood back and sides, jet black ebony fret board.  The guitar has been professionally fitted with a Fishman under saddle pickup with volume and tone control under the sound hole. It looks sounds and plays great with a very cool vintage vibe.

Pro setup with low action straight neck some fret wear but life left plays very well with no buzzing.

The guitar is in excellent condition for the age no issues, there is playing wear and lacquer checking normal for a 35 year old guitar.

A real cool vintage beautiful instrument. Comes with Martin Hard case.

Remarkable sustain and a great string balance – plenty of low end thud , but it still sings and sustains in the upper registers.

There is some clear marking to the spruce top where the thumb rests on the low E string and near the back of the pick guard.  Just be advised the guitar has been used  – considerably – for a reason 😉
