Simple answer – yes!

That doesn’t mean that changing the order or preferring a different order is “wrong,” just that the order in which you place things will affect the sound that you get.

Ultimately as the number of pedals increases there will be some amount of compromise, but play around and decide what works best for you!

In the picture I’ve numbered the pedals in order that they are linked, but you’ll notice that this doesn’t follow in order.  This is because some pedals need to be more accessible, and that’s why we need….
