I decided to have a 50th Birthday party – bonfire, hog roast, Bar and Fireworks! – guests were invited to attend in fancy dress as “Any Era of Music.”
The only difference to a normal Birthday Party was that I wanted no presents – just people to donate to one of my favourite charities – “The Solomon Project” who will feed, clothe and school an African Orphan for £17 a year!
All in all a great night – the fireworks were spectacular. The guests were awesome, and the rosy glow was all encompassing.
We raised a total of nearly £1100, and had a great time doing it 🙂 – because of this there are about 60kids now being fed, clothed and educated for a year!
